New Team Member - Scarlett Chilvers

We are pleased to announce that Scarlett Chilvers has joined our team!

Scarlett graduated from the University of Liverpool with a BSc in Physics and Mathematics, where she developed a strong interest in acoustics after combining her love of physics and maths with her passion for electronic music.

In her spare time she collects and mixes vinyl, travelling to festivals and events across the UK and internationally whenever possible. This interest led her to explore acoustics wherever she could within her degree, including her final year project, inspired by acoustics and wave physics, “A Semiclassical Study of Quantum Tunnelling and Chaos through Classical Wave Analogues.” She loved working on the project, confirming her ambition to pursue a career in acoustic consultancy.

Scarlett is now excited to build on her academic foundations in acoustics and the built environment. She has also begun attending Institute of Acoustics events, working towards a membership.
